Frame fitting options for Asset Manager tiles
Lythos' well-designed tiles are very accessible when visually looking for assets. By default, we used the configuration to 'fill a tile with the image' so no white spaces would be visible. Yet there are plenty of situations where users need to see the full image without having to click each asset to see a fullscreen preview ('fit content to tile'). Thereby we introduced a toggle so users can decide for themselves which view they prefer.
Order tags in alphabetical order
To help our users managing their system tags we have added the option to sort all tags within a tag group or a tag group menu with just a single click. Besides that, your users will thank you for providing them a better experience when searching for assets by tags from tag group menus.
Create a publication in preferred language
You can set preferred languages while creating publications. Your frequently used languages will appear in a pop-up and from there you can create a publication in the desired language.
Reusable fields
Users have the possibility to create reusable prefilled fields for templates. For example, you can create pre-filled fields for company addresses & email addresses. Those pre-filled fields can be used in any desired template.
Expiry dates on templates
You can now set an expiry date on templates. Templates which have an expired date will not be shown in the template overview. Admins can still find the templates. Publications made with the expired templates can still be used.
