Automatic Review Reminders
Are your projects stalled because you’re still waiting on feedback from reviewers? Now you can save time and get your reviews back faster with Automatic Review Reminders! Determine how frequently you would like your reviewers to be reminded of an outstanding proof and inMotion ignite will notify them automatically until they complete their review. Enable this feature in your Account Settings, so you can spend more time on creativity and less time chasing down feedback! Once enabled, you will be able to set a default for your account and turn the reminder frequency dial up or down for individual proofs in your Proof Options.
Export Requests
Whether you need a PDF copy of requests for your files or just prefer to work on paper, it’s now possible to export your request details! Hit Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac) for a printer friendly version of the request details or select Export Request from the request details action menu to export the full request details, including request status, attachments, and completed fields in a printable format. Any links embedded in the request will take you right to that item for easy access and visibility!

- Need to stop the conversation so you can get to work? Optimize your team’s collaboration on proofs by enabling or disabling collaboration on returned proofs at the individual proof level at any time during the review process.
- We’ve made it even easier to accept campaign requests, complete all required custom fields, and apply the correct template to each project with a paginated wizard.
